At Fookbuy.com, We always ship your order out as quickly as possible. We ship from our warehouse and directly from many of our distributors and manufacturers to insure the best availability. If your order is unavailable in our warehouse, we may ship from one of our distributor or manufacturer partners to provide you with the best availability possible. When the product is shipped from these different locations cut off times may vary, and your chosen shipping method may not be available. We use a highly efficient inventory, shipping and delivery system-our efficiencies result in huge savings that we pass along to you! We offer a wide variety of shipping options and special deliveries. Our carriers include United Parcel Service (UPS) and U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

We only ship to USA and Canada .
Items will be shipped by UPS, USPS, depending on whichever service has the shortest delivery time to your location.

Small Package delivered by USPS Takes 3-7 business days plus 1 day processing time.
USPS Priority Takes 2-5 business days plus 1 day processing time.
UPS Ground Takes 3-7 business days depending on location plus 1 day processing time. For example, it takes 1-2 business days for NY and 4-7 business days for CA. (Monday-Friday)
UPS 3 Day Select Takes 3 business days plus 1 day processing time. (Monday-Friday)
UPS 2nd Day Air Takes 2 business days plus 1 day processing time. (Monday-Friday)
UPS Next Day Air Takes 1 business day plus 1 day processing time. Monday-Friday Only.
APO/FPO Takes 2-4 weeks plus 1 day processing time.

1. Local pick up is NOT available.
2. UPS is not available for HI, AK, and APO/FPO.
3. The order processing requires one business day. If you request 2nd day delievery, you will receive your item on the 3rd business days.

Tracking numbers will be sent to all customers upon the package shipment

Once an order ships from our warehouse, you will be able to track your shipment.

UPS tracking numbers are usually 18 digits long (1ZA8XXXXXXXXXXXXXX ). Go to http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html and enter the tracking number in one of the fields provided then click on "Track". The tracking number will be displayed. If you need detailed information, click on "Details".

(2) What is your Backorder Policy?
A backorder occurs when an item that you ordered is not available in any of our warehouse locations.

You will be advised via e-mail of any item that is on backorder. If you wish to contact Customer Service, you may email us at support@fookbuy.com

(3) Can I refuse a shipment?
We ask that you follow our return policy for faster processing as refused shipments may take up to 3 weeks to be returned to our warehouse causing a delay in processing your credit.

We do incur shipping charges on all shipments to our customers. If there is an error on our part, these shipping fees will be refunded or credited along with the cost of the item(s) purchased. If through no fault of Fookbuy.com the shipment is refused (or returned), shipping charges will not be credited and you may be charged a 15% restocking fee.
