We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product to Fookbuy within 30 days of purchase for a credit or refund.

General Terms
All Sales are final - Product purchased at Fookbuy is backed by the product's manufacturer's warranty first and foremost. Product that is deemed defective by either the manufacturer or Fookbuy will be eligible for repair or replacement at our sole discretion. Software and consumables such as DVD blank media, ink, toner, staples, pens, etc. will not be taken back for any reason. Fookbuy will assist the customers whenever possible in order to reach a level of satisfaction with the manufacturers policies.

Open Box Items
Open Box items are previously purchased products that were returned to Fookbuy.com and are still in as-good-as-new condition. Open box items have been thoroughly tested to ensure proper performance and quality before being repackaged and made available to you at amazing prices. That’s not all. We guarantee the quality of our open box items with the same warranties as our new products.

Warranty Information
You are entitled to the manufacturer's limited expressed warranty, if any, that accompanies the product. Fookbuy.com makes no additional or independent warranty. All other warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed.
Fookbuy.com shall under no circumstances be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages; the maximum liability for all direct damages, if any, arising out of any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the product.

Warranty Period
Most manufacturers offer a standard warranty against defects. Such warranties typically cover the product for at least one year from the date of invoice. To look up basic warranty information, find the product using one of our searches and click on the product name to bring up the product's information. Warranty information is listed under "Product Details" near the bottom of the page. If a product proves to be defective during the covered period, please contact manufacturers for exchange.   • We offer 30 days money back and manufactured warranty on most products. Warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
  • After 30 days from the date of purchase, all return can only be replaced by the same item, unless this item is out of stock at that moment. Buyer need pay the shipping fee.
  • Warranty will be voided if the product is mishandled or physical damaged by customers. We will refuse back all the returns which are out of warranty.
  • We are not responsible for any kind of compatible issues, or problems related to any specific software or games.

Return policy:

We warrant that the products sold in our website, other than explicitly stated, are 100% brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship. Our detailed warrant policy is as follows:

Returns within 30 days from receipt of order can be returned for exchange, refund or credit at Fookbuy.com. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies. All products returned MUST be 100% percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. If any of the above is not returned with the item, you may be subject to a repackaging fee, which will be determined on a case by case basis.

Fookbuy.com accepts returns within 30 days from receipt of order. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items unless there was an error on our part. Please note: if you were eligible for free shipping on your order, and are returning for a refund, then the actual cost for shipping may be deducted from your refund. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. All shipping cost for returned merchandise will be paid for by the shipper. No C.O.D. on shipments will be accepted. Only shipping cost for incorrect items delivered to the customer will be paid for by us Fookbuy.com. We will not refund the extra shipping cost of express delivery. We will only refund shipping cost if the item is returned by First Class Mail, US Priority Mail or UPS Ground Shipping.

Fookbuy.com strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and to use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

  • DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to Fookbuy.com within 30 days receipt, at Fookbuy.com discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair.
  • NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by Fookbuy.com within 30 days from receipt, at Fookbuy.com discretion for credit or exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns for refund are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.
  • DAMAGED ITEMS If merchandise arrives damaged: save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Fookbuy.com immediately to arrange to process your order asap.

WARRANTY REPLACEMENT After 30 days from your invoice date your purchase falls under a warranty. Following the 30 days, you are only eligible for a replacement of the defective item. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Fookbuy.com and for return shipping charges. The fee for return shipping charges will vary due to quantity and weight of items. The fee will normally be $3.99 to $12.99 for return shipping. The fee given is to be used as a general guideline only. The actual cost of the return shipping fee will be e-mailed to you along with your return authorization number. Warranty is void if the warranty sticker has been removed or if any internal component has been altered or modified.

Package Refusal
We strongly discourage our customers from refusing our packages, as it will cost more money in the long run. When a package is refused, the shipping carrier will charge for the return shipping cost, which we in turn must deduct from your refund. Instead, we recommend accepting the package, and contact us to start a return. For international orders, please be aware that refusing the package does not eliminate the brokerage fee that the shipping carrier charges. If an international customer does refuse the package, they will be refunded less shipping & handling (both ways), a 15% restocking fee, and the amount of the brokerage fee once we get the package back (if applied).

Order Cancellation
Our company understands that it is sometimes necessary to cancel your order. We are more than happy to accommodate your requests, but we must set a few ground rules.

  • You must cancel the order before it is processed. If the warehouse is already processing the order, we can not guarantee cancellation.
  • You may email us at support@fookbuy.com or call us at 718-766-9892 for the cancelling.

Packages Lost in Transit
If your package is lost in transit, we must follow a set of procedures to locate your package. We must start a tracer with the shipping company. A tracer can take up to 8 business days to process. If the package is not found in that period of time, we can then reship your order. Unfortunately, we do have to wait until the tracer is complete before reshipping your order. Also, if the tracking # show it was Delivered then we can't reship a new one for you.

Return Procedures:

  • Please email us at support@fookbuy.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without a RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days after issue and must be received in our warehouse within 30 days from the date of the invoice. Any returns will be refunded the lower of either the purchase price or current product price.
  • For faster service, please email us the following information to us for an RMA number: customer name, invoice/order number, Item number and serial number (if applicable), and nature of the problem.
  • Your RMA number(s) must appear clearly on the shipping label on the outside of the return shipment. Packages without a RMA will not be accepted.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All authorized returns must include a shipment tracking number. Subsequent to an approval authorization, a credit to an account or issuance of a check may take up to 30 days.
  • Returns must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, registration card(s), software, cabling and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
  • The Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items.
  • Fookbuy.com strongly recommends that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

Unauthorized Returns
An unauthorized return is defined as any package returned to Fookbuy.com without a return authorization number on the shipping label. Fookbuy.com reserves the right to refuse the package and return it to the sender. In this case, the customer may be held responsible for the cost of shipping the package back to the sender. This cost will be passed along to the customer by charging the credit card originally used on the order.

In the event, Fookbuy.com accepts the unauthorized return, Fookbuy.com will impose up to a 20% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping charges for the unauthorized return. Additional charges will apply if the package is not received in the original and unopened condition.

Credits for Return Merchandise
Credits will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return; however, your credit card company determines when the issued credit will be reflected in your statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles.
