RMA - Return Authorization Form

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Fookbuy.com must accompany all returns, and be obtained no later than 30 days from the date the product was shipped to you. After 30 days, all returns can only be exchanged. We recommend that you read through our Terms and service before requesting an RMA, as RMAs will only be issued for products meeting policy criteria.

Note: All products sent back as defective will be tested by our technician and we will tested a new repalcement before we ship it out for exchange.
